Brazil have played brilliantly in the early rounds. With stars like Zico and Socrates they are clear favourites to win the competition.

Zico scores four goals in the opening three games and Brazil seemed unbeatable. Everyone expects them to beat their second round opponents, Italy.

In contrast, Italy go have started the tournament poorly. They have drawn all three of their first-round matches. They only qualified ahead of Cameroon on goals scored.
